This is a very specific class of cases where you need something changed on your history for whatever reason. In order for us to be able to help you, we need a few things from you.

The first of which is your criminal history. You can go to the police station and pay somewhere between five and twenty five dollars. And with a photo ID, they can provide you a copy of your Georgia criminal history. That will give us a clear indication of what we specifically need to improve on your history. The second thing is that if there is a specific case on there you want us to look at, you need to have the disposition and the plea proceedings.

Any documents that you signed in court or any copies of documents that were given to in court need to be provided. Now, we can certainly help you with this, but that's an investigative charge that's only going to increase the cost of our services. So I strongly suggest that you take a moment, go ahead and try to track down these records and that way we'll be in a better position to give you an honest opinion as to what we can do for you and how quickly we can move forward with your case.
