Morgan Carroll has practiced workers' compensation law for over 24 years. It has always been at least 98% of her practice. She initially represented employers and insurers, which helps her to be a better advocate for the injured workers she serves. An Atlanta resident since age 11, Morgan grew up on the Southside and graduated from Riverdale Senior High in Clayton County. She went on to get a degree in Criminal Justice at Georgia State University and graduated from Georgia State University's College of Law in 1999.

She has represented injured workers with all types of injuries from traumatic brain injuries, occupational hearing loss, occupational exposure, heart attacks/strokes, amputations, orthopaedic injuries, and all types of repetitive trauma injuries. While very kind to her clients, she is known to be an aggressive attorney and is frequently called a "pitbull with lipstick."

She is married to an insurance adjuster and has two children, and lives with her family, including her father, in the 'burbs. She loves old school rap and R&B and frequently listens to NWA for hype music on the way to court. Don't let her "soccer mom" exterior fool you!
