Davis Kimball joined Rohan Law’s Workers’ Compensation department in 2023. He obtained his undergraduate degree from Samford University in 2016. He then graduated from the of University of Georgia’s Law School in 2019.

After spending the first four years of his legal career defending insurance companies in workers’ compensation claims, Davis realized his true calling was to instead represent injured workers in workers’ compensation claims. He is now committed to helping injured workers assert and protect their rights. His prior experience as a defense attorney means that he knows all of the tactics, strategies and tricks the insurance companies will try to use in his clients’ cases. He truly does know exactly how the “other side” operates

Davis was born and raised in Covington, Georgia. He is a lifelong Georgia Bulldogs fan and has had numerous articles published in which he writes about the football and basketball teams at the University of Georgia. Outside of the legal profession, he enjoys playing recreational softball, working out and spending time with his family.
