Where can we meet in court?
We Finally made it to the point where we're going to see each other in court. I'm so glad that you've given us the opportunity to help you. And now comes the next phase where you get to see us in person and in action. But it starts with finding out where to meet us.
At the end of the day, attorneys have multiple courts that need to appear in quite frequently. And you'll see that even though your notice is for a specific time, court typically doesn't start for a while later. They're accustomed to the attorneys walking in late, talking with the prosecutor, and it's usually a half hour or an hour before the judge comes and takes the sand.
In your case, we want you to go ahead and pass through security into the building for the courthouse and then go and find your specific court room. There's a gallery with a bunch of benches in the back of the room. Go ahead and take a seat there and wait for us to arrive. Once we do arrive in court, we'll call out your name. You can raise your hand, and we'll talk to you about the specifics of your case after we've addressed your matter with the prosecutor.
So it's a very simple process. Go inside through security, wait inside the courtroom, and we will find you once we arrive. Member. At the end of the day, it's not the attorney that gets a bench warrant if we show up late. So it's very important that you arrive on time, maybe even ten or fifteen minutes early. And we'll see you inside the courtroom. Your best friend on your worst day.
